If you are unable to see Rithro like me and confused about how to complete this quest here is the solution:
- Go to your pet tab
- Click on Filter
- Go to "Sources" part
- Click on "Uncheck All"This way the only pet will show up is Rithro
- Summon Rithro
- Talk to Elianna the infuson vendor
- Click "View Dream Infusions"
- Buy the unlocked "Snorr" infusion
- Close the vendor window
- Open your bags
- Click on the "Snorr" infusionYour summoned Rithro will disappear and reappear with Snorr skin, you can turn in the quest now
