Starting quest for the new pvp daily that scales with level: Gurubashi Challenge
The daily is the same thing, you will get a summoned NPC of same level to kill. Easy if noone else around.When inside the Arena you will get flagged for combat (different from being PVP flagged) and anyone can attack you, so I advise not to try this during chest times or you in for a big fight.
Just like the NPC that gives this quest says, anything goes, so be prepared when you enter arena, for what you think that would be a quick quest can end up in getting camped from high levels.More info about this Arena: http://www.wowwiki.com/Gurubashi_Arena
When you complete this quest you unlock the daily quest Gurubashi Challenge and it's obtained from the same questgiver as in this quest. The daily quest is basically a copy/paste version of this one.

Description
The arena is a place of battle unlike any other. Inside, you have no friends. Alliances that do form are fleeting, as your allies can turn on you in the blink of an eye. Horde vs. Alliance, Alliance vs. Alliance, Horde vs. Horde... anything goes. Take this battle standard, {race}, and place it down on the arena floor. Defeat the summoned combatant, then return to me. Stay on your toes, {race}. Anything goes inside the Gurubashi Arena.
