The crescendal is a powerful tool created by automa. They are given to jiro when work is hard or important. When the devourers attacked, crescendals were likely... eaten.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Orbs help us develop terrain for the Forge. Magic within the orbs draws the devourers. They tear apart the metal to reach it. We must collect the remains. Look for the fragments around the orbs. Bring them to us.

After this quest

  • Mawdified BehaviorZereth Mortis · Level 60

There is a devourer in the cave. It creates a rift. This should not be possible in Zereth Mortis. Enter the cave and destroy the devourer. Search for clues. See how it can open a rift. Be careful. This one is different from others. It has absorbed the magic of the First Ones.
