Handling It: Radiant Vellum

So, if you're not friends with any crafters that will help you out, and you don't fancy paying unreasonable tips for pressing a button* after you spent so much on the ingredients, its actually possible to emulate the weekly crafting order quest and get your alts to make these crafts for free, but it takes a bit of juggling.
1 put both characters in roughly the same place, the crafting benches is a good spot, although if you have a slow computer a quiet area might be better. You might also consider posting the crafting order(s) at this point too.
2 create a group in the finder tool
3 log on your alt and request to join
4 log back on the character with the legendary and invite them
5 log back onto the alt and accept
Now the tricky part. You need to log back onto your legendary holder, without the alt disappearing, and you do that by making the server unsure if you've dc or just lagged.
6 So instead of logging off, start a second copy of the game and log into the other character as quickly as possible. You should log in to see your alt still standing there.
7 Target the alt and cast the notes. it takes a few seconds to 'teach' them and then starts a 30 minute cooldown on the item while they get a matching buff that lets them craft the item.
8 Log back onto the alt (you can probably do it the normal way) and access the crafting orders. Find yours and complete it.
9. Switch back again, and your quest item will be in the mail.

The notes remain in your inventory and can be used again until you hand in. The crafter retains the ability to craft the recipe for the 30 minutes of the buff, which doesn't decay while offline.

*I don't resent tips for crafts in general, it takes a time investment to be able to press the button on most good stuff, but this craft only requires level 1 and the crafter even gets a KP and up to +6 skillpoints if they aren't capped.

Do note that you do NOT need someone else to craft it. If you have a free profession spot, you can quickly learn Dragonflight Enchanting, target yourself with the item, and craft it. Then once done, just unlearn enchanting.
You will need to right-click the 30 mins buff to craft something else.

I read in a guide somewhere (maybe here but I couldn’t find it again) that the enchanter has to be 100 in DF Enchanting. This is not true. My friend logged over to his Enchanter who had never leveled after Shadowlands and hadn’t even learned DF enchanting. He trained it, I used the item, placed the personal crafting order, and done.

TLDR: any character can pick up DF enchanting and have the item cast in them to learn the recipe.
