These are definitely worth doing at lvl cap or below. Level cap is 11g 99s for the Desecrate quest (opposite faction) and 5g 95s for honor the flame. Below lvl cap (judged from a lvl 63) the xp is 5400xp and 1g 60s for the Honor the flame, and 10750xp + 3g 10s for Desecrate.

Earned just under 300g for all of Eastern kingdoms that I've found at lvl 70 plus the daily quests and pre-q's in a city (including the Ahune chain pre-slave pen) Gona work on Kalimdor soon.

Some tips:

1. Use the map of these NPCs, to find the bonfires and to find the NPC that give out 5x[Burning Blossom] ;) You need them all if you want the cool rewards! :D
2. 
   Also do visit the horde camps too, if you stomp their fire out they loose their zone buff (someone then has to use a [Burning Blossom] to rebuff the zone) and you also get 10x[Burning Blossom]!
   Do notice that you only get to do the quest once per zone. ;)
   Not to mention that on level 70, you gain 5g 95s for the talking to your own faction NPC and 11g 99s for destroying the hordes fire, that's a lot of gold if you do them all!

NB: You can use Wowwiki and check their map over all the bonfires! Outland, Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom!
