Just take the portal from Shal'Aran and walk south a little, you should see 5 or 6 monuments (about 42 36)
When Arcanist Valtrois says at start of quest:
We Nightborne owe our unmatched grace and intellect to a noble heritage. The ancestors at rest in Tel'Anor deserve proper tribute...it sounds very unnatural (on top of conceited, as is usual with her). Like it's computer generated. Wonder if something went wrong with actual sound clip, and they had to synthesize it from actress voice samples?
