To find the area with the quest, enter the Temple of Fal'adora. Go the back of the circular room, and take the left hand passage down the stairs. Just before you enter the room at the bottom, there is a passage to the left to enter the Shattered Locus.
Entrance to Temple of Fal'adora is at 22.88, 35.71. When you're inside, go to 51.71, 40.43 and take the left stair down and take another left into the cave with all the blue crystals.
Remeber to pick up the [item=140328] while you're there (35.51, 52.72), it increases the amount of Ancient Mana you can carry by 100.
