Saving Kristen DeMeza from Ganky Rottenfist (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=18297) causes her to offer this quest. Anyone can take and complete it until she despawns, whether or not they really *did* save her. Unfortunately, I've no idea what causes her to come running into the camp asking for help, yet!
The real Kristen DeMeza is an Assistant Game Designer at Blizzard, and is apparently part of the team in charge of world events.
Kristen has a 1.5h respawntime (1hour 30 minutes). When she spawns, she stayes at the camp for 5 minutes or until she is killed.
I camped Nesingswary tonight, and logged some times.
01:00: Kristen spawns and runs down to Nesingswary
01:05: Kristen despawns from the spot
02:35: Kristen spawns and runs down to Nesingswary

Description
I don't mind sharing. I'm just glad to be saved from that creep, Gankly! And I collected tons of skins from Zangarmarsh, so it's no problem at all!
