HELP! They're gonna eat me! I just know it!
Find the key, I know it has to be on one of these ogres.
If you get me out of here, my father will reward you handsomely! He's the leader of Telaar, Arechron.

Make sure to check your keyring for the drop. I killed like 200 ogres before I realized it was in there.
You need to go to Telaar and speak to [npc=18353] and pick up the quest Do My Eyes Deceive Me and turn it in. Corki is in fact hostile to start, so will NEVER give you the quest until you reach a better standing with the Kurenai in Telaar. Next you will get the quest Not On My Watch! . "Persuade" Lump to talk..(Lump is at 62.7 / 71.5) and return to hand in quest. (You are now neutral with Kurnai.) Corki will now give you the quest HELP!
The drop rate is only listed that low because it doesn't take into account people killing the mobs who do not have the quest.

I would have been killed had you not come along, stranger. They have already murdered so many Kurenai in their search for a lost relic. What they seek is the totem of Kar'dash. Why they think that we would know anything about this totem, I cannot understand.

<Arechron sighs.> This is so embarrassing. Do you remember my boy, Corki? You rescued him from the Burning Blade Ruins recently. Well, his curiosity has gotten the best of him once more.
