Ice Sickle

[npc=141039] rare is located in Stormsong Valley Highland Pass on Kul Tiras isle.
You can get there by taking a path up the mountains south from Brennadam at 63.61 78.11.
Start from where the horses running around near the broken carriage and go up.
Take a right turn when the road starts to go far left, you'll see a path up to the waterfall at 64.35 81.43 with the rare near it.
You can also get to him from Tiragarde Sound by going up the mountain from the Fernwood Ridge.
But remember he's at the top of the waterfall falling into the river south from Brennadam.

Stormsong Valley rares achievement: Adventurer of Stormsong Valley

There are three "Stormsong Hunters" frozen in ice blocks near Ice Sickle. Target the ice blocks by first targeting a Stormsong Hunter and targeting their target. Once you destroy the "Flash Freeze" the first hunter will help you free the other two hunters, and once all three are free they'll help you kill Ice Sickle.

Travel south from Brennadam until the 59.6 77.5 spot, there's the road splits.
Follow the road to the east along the hills and then up. Move until you see a tracks of landslide.
Move up nad you'll spot the rare near frozen waterfall.
