Is this bugged or something? I have Lightfoot potion rank 2 and have been max Alchemy since the beginning of 8.2, but have yet to see the WQ in Stormsong Valley. I check every single day. Is it possible I did it and vendored the recipe on accident and now I can't get it?
EDIT: I submitted a ticket and found out I had in fact done it and vendored it. Blizz reset the world quest for me and it popped up the next day.
That is every comment on this page.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
