In order to gain access to this quest, you have to first complete Maliciously Delicious ... This will unlock Mostly Harmless and Croc-Out Upon completion, you will then be given Crazy Larry . Took long enough, but I was finally able to get myself a decent pair of Plate legs from In With a Bang to finish out [spell=87509] since my luck was terrible in dungeons up to that point.
Probably, since these "Gil" don't put up much of a fight either :p

Description
Gilblins! <Larry stares at you silently for a while.> You never seen a gilblin before? They're crazy! Crazier than me! I just blow stuff up for a living, these guys are WHACKED! Dunno where they came from, but they're like awful fish goblins! Gills and everything! They wiped out all my men down at the beach, and they took our shipping freighter! You gotta help! They're just down to the east, go on and get rid of those gilblins!
