The entrance to the cave is at 40, 77 - near a blue platform with small murlocs running across it. Kritch is inside the cave on a ledge.
This is also a good place to complete the Bounty: More Murlocs quest since it's easy to pick up 25 kills with the tiny 65k health critters. There are only a couple of 135k murlocs near.
I started at the Wave Lords and went up (not down) the path to find the quest giver. You'll run into a few Naga on the way.Remember to turn in the quest at the questgiver, then grab the southern flightpath at Wreck of the Old Blanchy if you don't have it.
