You appear to get yet another chance to betray Sylvanas during this quest, when you speak with Eitrigg. You have a choice to say "Never traitor!" or "This is madness. We must leave Orgimmar at once." when Eitrigg asks you to join him against Sylvanas.

What to do
Description
Saurfang has shown his true colors and now enlists the aid of the Alliance. Meet with those who have remained loyal to the Horde. They are to ready themselves for the battle against our enemies. And as for Eitrigg... bring him to Nathanos. A quick death is too lenient a punishment for his treachery. Go, {name}. Let us end this.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
