This macro works great. It will target and ping them. Took about 5 min to find them all.

If you're not finding any dots on your mini-map.
Try flying around in Steady Flight mode.
Skyriding is too fast and the dots don't have time to load in as you zoom by.Also, the lost animals only spawn in 'common areas' not on the house plots.
