TheWoWDBI was able t complete the first 2 zones, Theramore and Crystalsong but it will not let me do the other 3. Every time I select one and click accept the selection goes away but doesn't provide the portal. I have tried abandoning the quest and retaking, disabling all addons, reloading UI, queued and did a dungeon, left zone and returned and also quit and relogged into the game and still the same issue.
Update: I logged in this morning and Senegos was there and gave me the quest. I did receive a response from a GM who stated he manually started the quest for me. However, when I completed that Booty Bay I still had the same issue with Jade Forest and Winterspring not starting so I responded to the ticket. Let's see if they actually find a resolution so I don't have to use the ticket each zone.

I've taken a further look into this for you and was able to have the next two quest chains started for you, one will be available from Sindragosa and the other from Kalecgos.

Having the same exact issue with my fiance. It let me do Theramore and Crystalsong. Won't let me accept the others.
It doesn't matter which one you chose first... you'll "get' the opportunity to do all of the areas! As soon as you get done with one area, you'll be linked to the next (see below). Have fun!
