TheWoWDBTo get to Orgimmar, talk to a guard and ask him where the 'Zeppelin Master' is, then exit Undercity through the sewers ('The Sewers' labeled on the Undercity map) into Tristfal Glades then head to the red flag on your map.
Climb up the stairs till you see a bunch of goblins on your left. Wait where they are till a Zeppelin (airship) arrives and board it.
Once you arrive in Durotar, run down the stairs and talk to one of the guards. Ask them where the 'Shaman Trainer' is. Run to the red flag on your map.
When you get there, Thrall is in the next room.Hope this helped. :)

As of 4.0.1 this is turned in to Garrosh Hellscream and not Thrall.
In patch 4.0.1 i handed this quest in to Garrosh and the text was slightly different to what's written above for the completion. It reads: "You've come to see me, blood elf? Speak and be quick, young lady. I have no time for the formalities of your race." .....i'm a Male Damn you Warcheif.....Damn you blizzard!

Description
I haven't lost any love for my homeland or its people, as you know. I've fought tooth and nail for Silvermoon to be allowed a place beside Undercity and Orgrimmar at the negotiating table. This should silence any opposition. Take this letter to Saurfang in Orgrimmar. As leader of the orcs, he must have a say in accepting the sin'dorei's pledge. I've added my own seal to the letter as a personal endorsement. Go northwest of the city and board the zeppelin bound for Durotar at the tower.
