More Fetid Filets

100% drop rate from Living Infestation. You can find them in The Summer Fields in Valley of Eternal Blossoms (81, 47).

Void tears are a really good way of farming these. Most of the mobs that come out drop them (3-4 per tear).

When I clicked on the quest More Fetid Filets in Uldum (which was the secondary assault) to see the map area, it showed Tanaris. I thought this was another Meat Alternatives quest for [item=175015] and went over to Khartut's Tomb at 66.1, 15.8 to farm scorpids and tomb scarabs. Nope. So I reread the quest:

Collect 12 pieces of corrupted flesh from creatures in areas under attack by N'Zoth's minions.

Take the portal from Caverns of Time to Stormwind/Orgrimmar (Optional) [long route]
12 Corrupted Flesh

Go to whichever zone - Uldum or the Vale - is under assault by the Black Empire. Pick up the dailies. Most npc's will drop [item=175016] so you can complete More Fetid Filets as a bonus. The mouseover will show the count for [item=175016] if the targeted NPC drops it. (I originally thought only fleshbeasts dropped [item=175016].)

Return to Ramkahen and click on the semi-transparent pile of food in the [item=175049] pen.
