To complete this quest, go to the eastern side of the delta. At 71.3, 71.7, you'll see a complex consisting of a tall tower with a blue stone glowing in its walls, and in front of the tower a stone square with a raised wing in its center flanked by two smaller peaked buildings on either side.
The prisoner is located at the base of the tower - talk to him to start the quest. The guards will come in waves, with one guard and the elite everyone's been talking about at the end.
As a lvl 83 rogue, this is easier to solo since we can sap the guards. Stealth between waves and sap one of the guards each time so you are only fighting one at a time. This makes it much easier to keep the prisoner AND yourself alive. :)
Trying to find out how the quest was gonna work, I was attacked by a guard. I noticed an other player working on the quest, so I mounted and hovered over the prisoner waiting for the other player to get the quest done. Imagine my surprise when I got the quest finished after he did :)
Yeh, you could, but then you could shorten the time by simply helping that person since you'll both get a complete. Geez!

The cat-like people of Ramkahen are the descendants of the Tol'vir, guardians of Uldum. Though they've lost their stone bodies, protecting the secrets of the titans is still a part of their rigid tradition.
Reputation group: Cataclysm.

I have devoted my life to serving the King. That service is unrivaled in importance by anything... with one exception: my son. Tahet was captured by Neferset sentries. They claim my son was trespassing upon their territory. Phaoris is attempting to negotiate his release... but I fear for the worst.

A spot on the southern end of the map was marked with hieroglyphs of crocodiles fighting each other. That must be where Caimas took Tahet. Go to the Pit of Scales and find a way to rescue the Vizier's son.
