Myzerian's Head

Myzerian's Head is a quest for level 30-35 in Uldum. It is step 89 of 101 in the Uldum storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Uldum at 29.6, 21.8. It rewards 3 reward items, 7,200 experience and money.

Description

The head of one of Deathwing's most formidable black dragons is now in your possession.

While many in Azeroth would pay dearly for such an artifact, something tells you that it belongs in a museum for all to see and remember.

Harrison Jones is likely to have the proper connections.

Sullah would certainly be happy to deliver it to him.

As of now this quest is just ridiculusly hard. He's got 50k health (After he is hurt by the explosions), and repetedly deals as much as 1k per attack. That's almost 10 % of my health as a level 91 fully heirlomed arms warrior.

As an example, 1 Black Cleave dealt 1.6k damage right away and than its DoT ticked four times each time dealing 256 damage and that's on an 11780 health character, constant melee attacks for around 800 damage, unavoidable Blast Waves for around 500 damage. The only way I see this going down as a solo project within the appropriate level range would be some form of successful kiteing by a ranged dps, switching to tank spec did nothing good either.

  • Stirred the Hornet's NestUldum · Level 30-35

Wow! It sounds like you really got their attention, <name>. We're never getting in there with them on alert like this. There must be a way... It's just a matter of time before Schnottz's men activate the obelisk and I need to research the scrolls you found.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Shroud of the MakersUldum · Level 30-35

It is good to have friends, <class>! While kindness is its own reward, there can be tangible benefits too! Some friends of mine recently intercepted a shipment of Schnottz's plunder and found something that should serve your needs nicely.
