More Torch Tossing is a Horde-only quest for level 1-90. It rewards 9,500 experience and money.
Hello, fire juggler! Are you having fun and making fiery mayhem? That's what I like to hear! Now, do you think you're an expert at torch tossing? Then I have a test for you...
You know the rules: toss torches at the marked braziers. This time, however, you have a little more time and a LOT more braziers to hit.

I think it's bugged right now.
Edit: Working now.
I would recommend not doing it in Orgrimar if you are Alliance as you are auto-pvp and will probably get targeted. :)
If you are having issues with Orgrimmar with dragons flapping around, lag and allies flapping in and out , try it in the quieter Undercity where the braziers are closer and in a much more user friendly pattern.
