TheWoWDBIf you have never set foot in Gorgrond (like me) and are eligible for quest, you should be able to pick up the quest from Vindicator Maraad at (63.95, 57.23) in Gorgrond. I was able to get it when I entered Gorgrond to start the breadcrumb quests for Talador.
If coords are not your type: this is the same location from which you start your quests in Gorgrond (the landing location for quest Welcome to Gorgrond), near the eastern alliance flightpath on the map.

I finished Strike While the Iron is Hot, but News from Talador is not available from the questgiver.
Any ideas? I've tried disabling all addons, that didn't help.
You cannot do this quest until you are level 94. The Quick Facts bar over on the right side of this page says "Requires level 94"
