We must confront him. Join me at the village along Orunai Coast and we will confront my oldest friend.

Is Orgrim meant to speak or not?
Durotan was just speaking at him for me.
To complete this quest, Durotan is in a cave (entrance is at the NE of the hills under the question mark - at 57.7 19.4 https://www.wowhead.com/maps?data=6980:577194).
Durotan: Orgrim! Brother, what have you done?
Orgrim: Brother? You have allied with enemy invaders, Durotan. You've chosen your side.
Durotan: Can you not see it? The Iron Horde will destroy Draenor!
Orgrim: My visions show me otherwise.
Durotan: See reason, old friend. You must stop this lunacy!
Orgrim: War is not a time for reason. Lieutenant, deal with them.
