Bugged for me as of 01/28/2023. Watched several YT videos of others completing the quest, and there are definitely handholds that do not show up for me.
Seems to be bugged for me, can't get past the 4th stone, no where to climb to.
Confirmed quest is bugged with WM off, turned on WM in Valdrakken and returned to quest area to find all climbing points enabled (Jan 30, 2023)

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
