broken for me.
never did a climbing tutorial full renown. the middle bar only unlocked when i used a level 70 token on an alt.
still never a climbing tutorial
have did 3 world quests for it, in forsaken reach apparently doesn't count towards this achievement and none of the climbing quests ever show up for me.
have logged a tweet with the EU rep who told me to submit a bug report - i know.... so i submit one every week. so far 12 have been submitted. so.. yay blizzard
