Sorry, there are Uberguards everywhere these days. Must be the result of that plague nobody wants to talk about.
If you can fly in, you've got a reasonable chance, assuming you're really quick. If you're under 60, be prepared for multiple deaths. The Uberguard is close enough to the Elder such that you won't be able to complete the quest before he one-shots you and the graveyard is a long haul. Milwaukee, I think.
But there is a ray of hope. The Uberguard occasionally goes off on a coffee break. Just be patient and he will disappear. There is no pattern to it. Once he disappears, it's not a problem. The only problem will be your repair bill.
