If you are getting the errors that some people are, try using

etc., etc. Abbreviate the second word to a single letter and it should return the waypoint in the correct place.

Here are the TomTom coordinates from the Wowhead guide (Link updated for 2016) but double-checked and edited as needed. I included the dungeons, capital cities and Cata Elders. Since some people like it, I also broke up the main group into macro-sized chunks.

Note that Elder Bellowrage is only in the original Blasted Lands. Characters beyond level 90 will need to talk to [npc=88206] first.

Rather than worrying about multiple 256 character macros, I recommend copying all of the waypoints into the Paste addon so you can add them all at once. I also don't worry about the order the waypoints are entered. I just use a combination of looking at the dots on the world map and having TomTom automatically select the closest waypoint to be able to go through them in a relatively efficient order. You need to change an TomTom option to automatically select the closest waypoint even if it's in a different zone. It's also necessary to run /cway when you use portals or enter a dungeon.
