If you go to Area 52 and accept the quest "You're Hired!" before completing this one, this quest will be unavailable. Just drop "You're Hired!" and you can get this one. Only really worth noting if you want every last bit of quest XP or Gold you can get.
You will have to drop Report to Spymaster Thalodien to get this one too.

I'm out here studying the nether - the ethereal currents and all that. This is an ideal spot away from the lights and hubbub of town. Isn't this bridge great? If I could just keep this junk working.
