Mildly interesting: if completed on a character that hasn't done enough Shadowlands (in my case, none at all), the final quest text is slightly different: Venari says "What you ask is both difficult and potentially deadly for Arator. While you have it in you to be a Maw Walker, I'm not certain that he does. That place is death."

The rest of the text is the same.

  • A Void Test of WillsK'aresh · Level 80

This will be dangerous. I intend to use the Void to break his will and extract what I can from his mind. <name>, stand ready to assist. First, we'll set up some ritual devices. Then, listen for my instructions. One false move could mean our doom.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Here Goes SomethingK'aresh · Level 80

Getting you into the Maw to visit his auntie, Sylvanas, can be done... but at no small risk to Arator. Under no circumstance should he linger there. However, that is your business. I am in the business of keeping my slates clean, and this is something I can do for you.
