The Karazhan entrance you want is at ground level. There is an entrance higher up on a walkway at about the same coordinates. Enter and go down the spiral staircase and follow the objectives marked on your map.
There is a portal back to the Chamber of the Heart just around the corner from where you get the last page.
Going through this questline post-Shadowlands and the announcement of Dragonflight, and following the lore now really makes me wonder if it would have made more sense for BfA to be immediately followed by Dragonflight instead of Shadowlands.

Description
<It looks like a fight took place here. N'Zoth's agents must have already entered the catacombs beneath Karazhan. The dead lookout still has a set of keys on him. Perhaps they will unlock the door. With any luck, you can find Wrathion before N'Zoth's agents and gain something that can help Ebonhorn.>
