How do you even get the quest from the Earthen Guardian? Is it gated behind neck level? I have the campaign completed right up until the end, even have the new title to signify it.
EDIT: Went onto my alt, who is considerably less progressed in neck level and in the War Campaign, but was able to get it. It told me to go to Magni, so I did. I handed it in, no follow up.2nd EDIT: I just received a reply from a GM. I need to have completed all of the War Campaign and Azshara on at least LFR difficulty. Very interesting that this is stated nowhere. Explains why my alt could progress because I have done Azshara, but couldn't get passed Magni because I haven't gone far enough in the War Campaign.

This was the start of the On the Trail of the Black Prince quest chain added in patch 8.2.5, originally offered by an Earthen Guardian, as a lead-up to Visions of N'Zoth. It was removed in patch 8.3 with the addition of the Black Empire Campaign, which starts with An Unwelcome Advisor. It was restored two years later in patch 9.2, with some text changes, and the prerequisites removed, and is now offered by Wrathion. This can be a little confusing, since you can now do the latter chain first.

Description
Are you curious how I came to be here, in the Chamber of Heart? Of course I arrived of my own volition, but there was quite a search for me, for a time. Kalecgos remembers how it went. Speak to him, if you wish to relive the details of how I thwarted discovery by both Speaker and Old God.
