TheWoWDBFor those in The War Within looking to unlock the Whispers of N'zoth content, know that you NEED to go to your faction hub in BFA (For Alliance: Harbormaster's office) and you'll find a letter on the table with a quest marker, called "An Unwelcome Advisor". This is how to get Wrathion into the Chamber of Heart, so that you can start the questline to unlock the Ny'alotha raid.
Nowadays, you don't need [item=169223] to do the last two fights of the raid, Insanity no longer kills you.

I'm going to add that it's not just the Azshara kill you actually have to complete the last wing along with the War Campaign. I couldn't ever get it to pop up but i noticed i'd never killed Zaqul, just Azshara, thanks LFR queue. I went back in, got the achievement and boom quest was there. Hope this helps.

Copy'd this from alliance version of the quest, otwyxo posted he que'd for LFR The Circle of Stars and it fixed it. Desperate to unlock quest i figured id give it a try. IT WORKED!
oddly enough ive cleared that wing before on LFR first week so not sure what that was about but it worked. give it a try

Are you curious how I came to be here, in the Chamber of Heart? Of course I arrived of my own volition, but there was quite a search for me, for a time. Kalecgos remembers how it went. Speak to him, if you wish to relive the details of how I thwarted discovery by both Speaker and Old God.
