Yeah this seems to be broken. Did all the reload, relogs and rezones and nothing. Just a circle on mini map and green arrow pointing here. Can't even go on to the next because it won't update.
Things I tried to make this work:
- Entering and exiting Sidestreet Sluice - did not work
- Completing Rat Pack Attack - did not work
- Completing Breakneck Racing - did not work
- Relogging - did not work
- Leaving for the Kaja Coast and coming back <- Worked
