I don't know what it is with this quest/task, if it's just bugged some of the time, or what. But every time I get it I never see the extra action button or anything. Happened multiple weeks in a row whether I was solo or in a group.
It might seem like common sense but if anyone is still having difficulty with this, the crystals are on the ground floor. I was getting wound up looking for them on the first floor.
