TheWoWDBThe POI for the quest on this is misleading. Chef Hardslice is not in the same building as the questgiver, even though there is catering staff in there. You have to go outside and turn left around the corner to find Chef Hardslice.

To turn in you have to go into the nearby building and talk to Neenee Torquewrench.
Go outside the building just to the south to find the chef. The quest will say that taking the rocket is optional, but I'm not sure how you'd get to the exotic market without the rocket. Go to /way #2346 37.6 26.6 Dril Sparkshot to use the rocket to get up to the exotic market.

Description
My perfect day needs the perfect food! I've been looking at things on Gobstagram, and Chef Hardslice is my one and only choice for catering. Papa promised I'd have the best, and he's good to his word! I need you to make sure that everything on my menu makes it to the table for picture perfection. Everyone needs to see how fabulous my wedding is. Ahh! I am so excited! I can't wait to see Chef Hardslice's creations on my table at my wedding!
