It seems like it's a play on words for "the porcelain throne" since the quest deals with Blackrock Orcs, it's the Iron throne. The NPC Ga'nar's "job" closely resembles that of The Poopsmith from the Homestarrunner and Strongbad web series.
Upon accepting the quest:
Ga'nar says: Just get me free, stranger. I could kill a hundred of these pigs with this shovel alone.Overlord Gotrigg is in the nearest building to Ga'nar, downstairs, by himself. There might be a couple of guards outside, depending on whether or not a fellow adventurer has already come through there. And Gotrigg is not happy to see you:
Overseer Gotrigg yells: Interrupting cretins! I'll sear that pretty armor right into your skin!His name reminds me of [npc=3144], who also happens to be from the Blackrock Clan, before he became friends with [npc=44441] and started hanging out in Orgrimmar with Thrall. I wonder if it's a family member.

Description
These stinking Blackrock cowards think they're humiliating me. They're just making me angrier. Overseer Gotrigg, in the hut over there, carries my shackle key. If I'm going to get out of there, I'm going to need that key. Then... vengeance can begin.
