The single most annoying fight I've experienced in Nightmare, by far. It felt like half the time, my interrupts and stuns weren't working on his Gravity Wells, he refused to move out of the center of his wells most of the time, and he was simply casting too many to interrupt. By the end of the battle, I was caught in a vortex and literally thrown from side to side like a bartender shaking a martini. I suppose this can be countered with better placement of his purple circles of badness, but I will never fight this jerk again.

Complete absurd fight. Here's an idea maybe make the fight so you don't have to be a specific class to win it. Next, and yes, I understand it's a nightmare, but you make it almost impossible to do unless your GS is at least 730 to even have a half blank chance. I just tried it with my Frost Dk, GS 720, number of attempts- embarrassing, armor repair of %k before I threw in the towel and gave up the quest. Judging by the comments here I would say that is a common idea about this quest!
Easy fight as hance shaman. Decurse the dot, move out of gravity well, earthgrab the add, interrupt casts to get him out of gravity wells, and dps.

Description
I have heard that there is one under Xal'atath's command who takes particular delight in dominating their foes. Whispers of a domanaar that taunts its victims with whispers and riddles before annihilating their mortal coil with void magic. Consul Nebulor is their name. Go and show them the limits of their power.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Prey: Praetor Singularis (Nightmare)
The domanaar... <Astalor shudders.> I do not profess to know much about them, other than their proclivity for subterfuge, guile, and the absolute destruction of anything that stands before them. Praetor Singularis is no exception. They have been confounding our forces at every turn.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Prey: Executor Kaenius (Nightmare)
The domanaar have a reputation for guile and cunning, but there are brutes among them: those who seek to dominate their victims through sheer power and force of will. Executor Kaenius is one such domanaar.
