Description

Ah, <name>. I am glad to see you here in our city, even if the times are trying.

We are once again beset on all sides by uncertain friends and dangerous foes, but I am not unprepared. I have a... guest, housed nearby. They may hold the key to our city's survival.

Meet me near the harbor if you have the strength to do what must be done.

All the guides that i could find said that the quest is unlocked as soon you get to Silvermoon but I had to finish the main campaign in all zones to get the quest [quest=86522]. After turning it in all the endgame content is unlocked

In order to see this quest for the first time, you need to have completed the main story for all of the zones in Midnight.
You do not need to be max level (90) to pick up this quest. I was level 88 when I finished all 4 zones main story and grabbed the quest.

I was able to pick the quest up at 56.67, 65.40 in Silvermoon city. (The quest is inside a building - entrance at 54.99, 63.32)

Once I did the short quest line on my main, the Prey feature was automatically available on my alt accounts. Your alts can start using it after they complete/skip the Silvermoon city intro scenario.

Happy hunting!

These threats we chase are intelligent. Determined. Deadly. Their ingenuity will seek to confound you. Their strength will seek to destroy you. It is from their very will to live--to predate--that we will extract the essence required to fuel the magical defenses of our city.
