Description

I have heard that there is one under Xal'atath's command who takes particular delight in dominating their foes. Whispers of a domanaar that taunts its victims with whispers and riddles before annihilating their mortal coil with void magic. Consul Nebulor is their name. Go and show them the limits of their power.
