If you're coming to this quest after having played through another race's starting area, it doesn't seem that you can get this quest... or indeed any of the rest of this quest line. :(
I went to Teldrassil to do some of these quests with my 29 worgen (for some quick rep gains) only to find I was locked out of this whole chain.
Yea, Night Elf only, whole step backwards on Blizzard's part.

Description
Perhaps you'd be willing to aid us in further pursuing the corruption haunting Shadowglen. Dentaria Silverglade, Priestess of the Moon, has offered to aid us. You should find her between the two pools just north of our great tree. Circle around the tree to reach her and offer her any help that you can, young {class}.
