TheWoWDBOnce you have reached Level 100 and upgraded your Town Hall to Level 3, you can then finish this quest. Otherwise, it will say that you are not at a high enough level to complete the quest.
Go into the completed Level 3 Town Hall in your Garrison and turn left into a side room full of display shelves. You will notice a bright green glow on one of the shelves. Click on that glow and a popup will appear in your quest log for you to click and the quest will then complete itself.
Good for 3 Restored Artifacts and a Draenor keystone usable for the Archaeology profession.

For some reason whenever I hover my mouse over the Calcified Eye in my garrison "display room", it gives me the option to click it as if it were an interactive item. It then does nothing after being clicked. Could anybody provide feedback to this?
This is one of the only items in the display room that tells you what it is when you mouseover it.
