TheWoWDBThe axe goes in your Town Hall in your garrison. Keep going straight through the doorway once you've entered your town hall and take a right. There will be a glowing axe on the table, just click that and you'll complete the quest! Hopefully that was helpful for those who didn't get it, like me. Lol
