to get this you need someone with 225 archaeology to click the cursed fragments to summon one of 4 random bosses, the boss will drop normal loot plus the bijou
just be careful as we had 3 people trying to finish the quests, summoned the boss not knowing what happened or what to do and one guy died and it took 8 minutes to 2 man this boss...

This quest is NOT bugged. It's just not immediately obvious what to do.
You can AOE/get rid of the mobs in the middle of the room. Look around the room and there are FOUR types of relics in the room you can click on. One corner on the ground are the Ancient Fossils (stones by the bones). Ancient Elven Artifacts (tall pitchers by the moonwell) are in another corner. Ancient Troll Artifacts (large tablets) are everywhere as are the Ancient Dwarven Artifacts (vases). If you have archaeology 225+, ONE artifact in each relic category will give you a prompt. Keep clicking artifacts in each pile, clicking the prompt which will make the artifact hover into the center of the room. Once you have all four hovering in the room, a random boss [of four] will spawn.
I can't help but feel from the completion text that this is just a subtle hint from Blizzard to those of us that still have bijous and coins from the old raid still fettered away in our banks. "Seriously guys, they're worthless now, just junk 'em."

Description
Listen, friend. I don't know you, and you don't know me. But as long as we're both here, there's something Revilgaz wanted me to mention. Maybe you're taking a stroll through this troll-infested jungle-ocalypse. Maybe you happen to find a priceless troll artifact or two. Maybe you bring it back to me and I accidentally leave behind a little present for ya'. If you must know, it's for a project. And no, you can't ask what the project is.
