If you completed Grime-Encrusted Ring, but lost the [item=9362] without completing this one, you can abandon the quest (if it is still in your log book) and pick up the quest and ring again from the same [object=142487] as used the first time. Because you already completed the grime-encrusted ring quest, you don't need to loot another [item=9326] (you can't pick up the quest from it if you do). The problem is that there will be no visual cue for which one of the three sparklematics to use anymore. All three of them will show the blue question mark for the repeatable More Sparklematic Action instead of a yellow exclamation point. Look on the map above to see the location of the one that will offer the quest. (It will be on your right if you enter from the dormitory, or at the far end on your left if you enter from the stairs). Right-click on it and it will offer this quest (in addition to the repeatable turn-in) and give you the ring when you accept it.

Description
Opening the box produced by the Sparklematic 5200 reveals a shiny ring! Donning the ring, you feel magic power surge through your body. Inside the band is a small but nonetheless discernable imprint of the seal of Orgrimmar. Engraved letters are next to it, but only the first three stand out even after cleaning: "NOG..." This may signify either the initials of the previous owner, or perhaps the initials of the ring's crafter. Keep the ring... or find "NOG" - decisions, decisions...
