It's a typo. Under the "Gains" entry you can see you get 75 rep with Scryers and -82 rep with Aldor for completing this quest.
The game tracks fractions for reputation, but will only display whole numbers. So sometimes it'll say -82, sometimes -83. It's really -82.5 which is just losing 110% of what you gained.
