After looking around and trying to click on rugs for a while, I accidentally ran through the tiger rug on the first floor of the building (/way 31.36, 41.28), and this spawned a Rug Monster
Does anyone else have issues with the circle spawning once you arrive at hovel Hill? The tiger will not spawn until you can get the circle to spawn and move to the next part.
