Well, it took me forever to find the sweetroot because I'm retarded like that. Finally, the place I found them was if you go up the stairs of the big ziggurat and go straight through and jump off the back, turn left right as you land, near the broken down stone building. The only spawns of sweetroot I found were within like a 30 yard radius of that broken building. A rather annoying gathering quest, but what can ya do?
This was a little annoying. The Shimmering Snowcaps aren't at Drak'zin Ruins. They are a little to the northwest up the hill. (11,55)
