Smoke 'Em Out

Basically they're all located north of the docks with the 3 ships.

The bomb is usable in combat, so you can round up a whole bunch of Venture Company Stragglers just by aggroing them and then use it to nab them all in one go. All of the stragglers will drop combat and hightail it out of there, making this quest simple and easy to complete.

I do this quest by means of a very helpful macro:

/use Skygyard Blasting Charges

All these items and others are all quest items that have a use and project a targettable aoe. Since dailies are usually completed or dropped before leaving the area, at no point should more than one item be in a player's inventory.

I bind this macro to my mouse's Page Down button. Page Up button is Jump/Move Up. I can move with the mouse and use the appropriate item most efficiently, without having to move the mouse to click on the item in my bags, or constantly rebind quest items.

Even if you mess up and aggro some of the Venture Company Stragglers and they come outside the buildings you can drop the bomb on them and get credit.
