Secrets of the Flamebinders

Secrets of the Flamebinders is an Alliance-only quest for level 15-30 in Grizzly Hills. It is step 28 of 115 in the Grizzly Hills storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Grizzly Hills at 32.4, 59.9. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,100 experience and money.

Description

Even as we attempt to fight off the Horde, the Dragonflayer tribe musters in their village of Voldrune, near the coast to the south.

The most powerful warriors in the village are granted flame-imbued talismans that give them the ability to control powerful, savage proto-drakes. If we can gain control of one of these drakes, perhaps we can use it to neutralize the threat posed by Voldrune.

The Dragonflayer flamebinders create the talismans and imbue them with power. Kill them and take the talismans.

  • A Swift ResponseGrizzly Hills · Level 15-30

Our response must be immediate. Decisive. We must teach these savages not to cross us. Our scouts have located what's left of the Silverbrook trappers... you know, the ones you didn't get to douse in flames. Apparently they're blockading the road to the southeast...

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Thinning the RanksGrizzly Hills · Level 15-30

There's a flurry of activity down in Voldrune village to the south. Thane Torvald Eriksson and his huscarls are preparing for war. With most of our men in the field dealing with the Horde's treachery, Amberpine will be vulnerable.
