Note for leveling: Darkcap Tain is at your level, but all the other mobs appear to be level 80.
This WQ is still bugged for leveling alts. Most of the mobs are level 80. You will get wrecked if you are not paying attention.
Flying out of the region and back in solved this problem. Was able to get the reward.
